Inspection following completion of mold abatement projects to assure the absence of visible mold, debris or particulate matter, ongoing sources of moisture, and verify conformance to the scope of work.

Testing, using state-of-the-art environmental sampling techniques, of air and/or impacted surfaces in and around the remediated areas, to ensure that the level of microbial contaminants is acceptable, as compared to control samples in non-impacted areas and the outside environment.

Reporting of the outcome of the clearance testing. You will be notified verbally on the same day results are available, by email within 24 hours of receipt of lab results, and in a final written clearance report that you may be use to document that the microbial contamination has been successfully remediated.
