Congratulations to Ben on receiving the Asbestos Management Planner certificate. He is already an AHERA asbestos inspector and continues to grow with the new role of management planner. Ben will be a key player in assessing and responding to emergency asbestos issues and can now act as the designated person for our public school clients.

GSE continues to grow with the addition of our newest full time industrial hygiene consultant, Zack Biskup. Zack graduated from William Paterson University and is joining Garden State Environemtal full time on November 1, 2018.
Zack will be involved with mold, asbestos and other indoor air quality projects. Welcome Zack!

GSE would like to congratulate two of our consultants, Conor Tarleton and Ben Hildebrand, on completing their OSHA 10 Hour General Industry Certifications. The OSHA 10 Hour Certification is intended to provide a general awareness on recognizing and preventing hazards in a general industry setting, including topics like hazardous materials, personal protective equipment, electrical safety, emergency action plans, etc.

July 13, 2017. That date is the deadline for compliance with the New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE) regulations requiring testing of drinking water for lead in all New Jersey schools. Testing and program implementation must be in strict compliance with the Lead in Drinking Water (LDW) guidelines from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP).
