2013 RTK Extended Deadline Now Approaching

New Jersey 2013 RTK Final Deadline Approaching

The final deadline for the 2013 Full 5-Year Right to Know (RTK) survey is nearly here. All 2013 surveys must be entered online and submitted electronically by the extended deadline of February 15, 2015.

Why was the deadline extended?

On June 17, 2014 the State of New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH) changed the requirements for submitting the public sector RTK Survey from a paper to an online filing system. This meant that going forward public employers, including school districts, would be required to enter all RTK survey information into an online system administered by the NJDOH, rather than submitting the survey in hard copy form. In order to accommodate the new system, the deadline for the 2013 5-Year RTK Survey was extended to February 15, 2015.

Have you submitted your survey?

By now, most public employers have identified an official RTK Coordinator and signed up for their account online. But not everyone has completed the survey online. The process is time consuming, and many Facility Managers, Buildings & Grounds Supervisors and Business Administrators are already overloaded with responsibilities and deadlines with limited staff and resources.

Given that reality, GSE's team of RTK experts is already helping a number of school districts and other public employers to process their data and bring them into compliance. If you are a school district or public employer who has not completed the survey online, consider contacting GSE for assistance. We will complete the time consuming tasks on time and on budget, freeing you up to focus on other priorities.
